SV0443 and SP9059 alarm on Fanuc 30iB and 0iF control with A06B-6200 series Alpha i-B amplifiers (Fanuc Manual B-65285EN)

Alarm Code 02 AL-02 on PSM i-B (SV0443, SP9059)

An abnormal condition has been detected in the internal cooling fan.
- Check the rotation of the internal cooling fan.
- Check that internal cooling fan is correctly installed.
- The control printed circuit board is not correctly attached.
If the problem continues to persist after the above checks, Replace the Power Supply Module.
