SP9019  SP9020 alarm on Fanuc control with Alpha Spindle amplifiers

SP9019 SP9020 EXCESSIVE CURRENT DETECTION OFFSET (AL-19, AL-20)

Meaning: The current detection circuit is excessive. Alarm code 19 corresponds to the Phase U. Alarm code 20 corresponds to the Phase V side. This alarm is checked immediately after power-on.
(1) check that the control printed circuit board on the spindle amplifier is installed properly.
(2) If the alarm persists, replace the spindle amplifier.
