How it Works

Purchase and submit payment.
Pack the item carefully to prevent shipping damage and ship to: KFAS, 4145 Gessner Road, STE B-109, Houston, TX 77080
Include your contact information and trouble description to speed up the repair process.
Average turnaround time on repair is 2-3 business days.
Once the repair is complete, we wil return it via UPS Ground shipping WITHIN the United States.
Provide us with your UPS Account# to ship collect if you require faster shipping services such as (Next Day Air, 2nd Day etc.)
Repair price DOES NOT include replacement of missing or broken parts (missing circuit boards, case/ covers etc.)
If the part is not economically repairable, we will refund the repair price MINUS $300 test/evaluation.
