Fanuc AC Digital Servo C-Series A06B-6066 units were first introduced in mid 1990s.
They are used with Fanuc 0TC, 0MC, 15TA, 15MA, 16TA, 16MA, 18TA, 18MA, and 21TA controls.
A06B-6066 Servo units are paired with Fanuc AC Servo motor 5S, 10S, 20S, 30S and 40S motors.
Fanuc subsequently came out with A06B-6090 series units as direct replacement for A06B-6066 units.
