How it Works

• Pack the item carefully to prevent shipping damage and
  ship to:

            KFAS, 4145 Gessner Road, STE B-109, Houston, TX 77080

 
• Include your contact information and trouble description to speed up the repair process.
 
• Once received, we will evaluate the part and contact you to confirm the repair.
 
• Average turnaround time on repair is 2-3 business days.
 
• Once the repair is complete, we will email a PayPal invoice for the repair.
 
• Once the payment is confirmed, we return it via UPS Ground shipping (included with the repair). 
 
• Provide us with your UPS Account# to ship collect if you require faster shipping services such as (Next Day Air, 2nd Day etc.) 

* Repair price DOES NOT include replacement of missing or broken parts (missing circuit boards, case/ covers etc.)
