Fanuc ALARM 434 Alpha Servo AL-4

Alarm 435 Fanuc 16i, 18i, 21i and AL-5 on A06B-6079, A06B-6096, A06B-6080 means,
the voltage has dropped in the DC 5V in the servo amplifier.
Cause and troubleshooting
(a) Check that DC24V is present at CX2B/CX2B connectors.

(d) Replace the servo amplifier corresponding to the alarm.

*CAUTION: High Voltage present.
Note: Some Machine's electrical cabinet doors are equipped with "door interlock" that will cause the breaker to trip when the door is open.  
See the machine's manual for information on how to bypass so that you can observe the alarm LED status
