Fanuc ALARM U Bi SVPM AL-U
Alarm U Status 2 of ßi SVPM means,
Inverter: FSSB communication error (COP10B)
Cause and troubleshooting
(a) Replace the βi SVM optical cable (COP10B) that is nearest to the βi SVPM on which "U" is displayed
(the cable between βi SVM No.3 and βi SVPM).
(b) Replace the βi SVM that is nearest to the βi SVPM on which "U" is displayed
(βi SVM No.3).
(c) Replace the COP10B-side βi SVM that is nearest to the βi SVPM on which "U" is displayed
(βi SVM No.2).
(d) Replace the axis control card in the CNC.
*CAUTION: High Voltage present.
Note: Some
Machine's electrical cabinet doors are equipped with "door interlock"
that will cause the breaker to trip when the door is open.
