Fanuc ALARM SV0659 aiSV-B blinking AL-7

Alarm SV0659 Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and blinking AL-7 on aiSV-B means,
the SSM is abnormal.
Cause and troubleshooting
(a) Check the 24 V input voltage.
(b) Check the connection between the servo amplifier and SSM.

(c) Replace the SSM.
(d) Replace the servo amplifier.

Connection with the SSM of the αiSV-B 
(1) Overview 1-axis amplifiers of the Level-up αiSV-B can connect the SSM. 
By connecting the SSM, it becomes possible to drive devices, such as high-speed rotation type synchronous built-in servo motors.
