Fanuc ALARM SV0602 aiSV-B AL-6

Alarm SV0602 Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and AL-6 on aiSV-B means,
the servo amplifier has overheated.
Cause and troubleshooting
(a) Check that the motor is being used at or below its continuous rating.
(b) Check that the cooling capacity of the electrical cabinet is sufficient (inspect the fans
and filters).
(c) Check whether the ambient temperature is not too high.
(d) Be sure to push the control printed circuit board in as far as it will go.

Replace the servo amplifier.

Note: Some Machine's electrical cabinet doors are equipped with "door interlock" that will cause the breaker to trip when the door is open.
