Alarm SV0437 and SP9030 on Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and AL-01 on aiPS-B means,
The Power Supply Module has detected an abnormal condition.
- Check for unbalanced 3 phase input power supply voltage
- Check that AC reactor is correct specifications and is in good condition.

- Replace the Power Supply Module.
