Fanuc ALARM SV0432 SP9111 aiPS-B AL-06

Alarm SV0432 and SP9111 on Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and AL-06 on aiPS-B means,
the control power supply voltage decrease.
The 24 V power input to the connector (CXA2D) is abnormal. (Internal fuse blown)
(2) Cause and troubleshooting
(a) Abnormal condition of the power supply
→ The 24 V power input to the connector (CXA2D) is abnormal. Check the output voltage and
output capacity of the power supply.
(b) Failure in the Power Supply
→ Replace the
Power Supply Module.
