AiPS-B means, - Replace the Power Supply Module.
the temperature of the main circuit of Alphai-B Power Supply Module (A06B-6200-H
xx) heat sink has risen abnormally.
Cause and troubleshooting
(a) Failure in the heat sink cooling fan
Check the rotation state of the heat sink cooling fan.
→ Replace the heat sink cooling fan.
(b) Degradation of the cooling capacity due to dust in the heat sink
→ Clean the heat sink and cooling system using factory air or a vacuum cleaner.
(c) Overloaded operation
→ Review the machining conditions.
(d) The control printed circuit board is not correctly attached.
Push in the control printed circuit board in the front section of the Power Supply as far as it will
go. If it does not go in easily, pull it out and then push it in again.
