Fanuc ALARM SV0037 aiSV-B Blinking AL-9

Alarm SV0037 Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and blinking AL-9 on aiSV-B means,
output is open due to a failure in the servo amplifier.
Cause and troubleshooting
Replace the servo amplifier.
