Fanuc ALARM SV0031 SP9211 aiPS-B AL-23

Alarm SV0031 and SP9211 on Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and AL-23 on aiPS-B means,
the setting parameters for the Power Supply are abnormal.
Cause and troubleshooting
(a) Parameters may not have been automatically updated.
→ Turn off the CNC and then turn it on.
(b) The setting parameters for the Power Supply are abnormal.
→ Set the parameters according to Chapter 15 in the FANUC SERVO AMPLIFIER αi-B series
DESCRIPTIONS (B-65412EN).

- Replace the Power Supply Module.

Note: Some Machine's electrical cabinet doors are equipped with "door interlock" that will cause the breaker to trip when the door is open.  
See the machine's manual for information on how to bypass so that you can observe the alarm LED status
