Fanuc ALARM SV0024 SP9204 aiPS-B AL-15
Alarm SV0024 and SP9204 on Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and
AL-15 on
aiPS-B means,
the estimated temperature value of the power element (IGBT) in the main circuit has become
abnormal.
Or, the estimated winding temperature value of the AC reactor has become abnormal.
Cause and troubleshooting
(a) Overloaded operation
→ Review the operation of the motor.
- Replace the Power Supply Module.

Machine's electrical cabinet doors are equipped with "door interlock"
that will cause the breaker to trip when the door is open.
