Fanuc ALARM SV0018 aiSV-B Blinking AL-11

Alarm SV0018 Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and blinking AL-11 on aiSV-B means,
The ROM in the amplifier is abnormal.
Cause and troubleshooting
Replace the servo amplifier.
