Fanuc ALARM SV0013 aiSV-B AL-3

Alarm SV0013 Fanuc 0iF or 31iB and AL-3 on aiSV-B means,
the CPU bus inside the servo amplifier is abnormal.
Cause and troubleshooting

Replace the servo amplifier.

Note: Some Machine's electrical cabinet doors are equipped with "door interlock" that will cause the breaker to trip when the door is open.
