ALARM 414
Servo alarm 414 is
generated by Fanuc CNC when it detects an alarm on the Power Supply Module (PSM)
and/ or Servo Amplifier Module (SVM).
414 Servo
Alarm : X Axis Detect Err
414 Servo Alarm : Y Axis Detect Err
414 Servo Alarm :
Z Axis Detect Err
Steps to be taken to diagnose Alarm 414:
Check the LED status on Power
Supply Module (PSM) and Servo Amplifier Module (SVM) and following the
troubleshooting procedure accordingly.

*CAUTION: High Voltage present.
Note: Some
Machine's electrical cabinet doors are equipped with "door interlock"
that will cause the breaker to trip when the door is open.
See the machine's manual for information on how to bypass so that you can observe the alarm LED status
