KFAS Part Exchange Credit Policy |

KFAS
welcomes exchange of your original part whenever you purchase parts from us.
In fact we encourage this by offering you more credit than the OEM. This
help us ensure the constant supply of parts in circulation for the next
customer. In order to be eligible for the exchange credit, the following
terms of exchange credit policy must be meet. |
(1)
The exchange unit must be received by us within 10 business days from the
date of original purchase. |
(2) The
exchange unit must be of the same specification/ part number with the
original purchase item. |

(3)
The exchange unit must be in complete condition (including but not limited
to such items as plastic covers, frame etc.) |
(4)
The exchange unit must be in economically repairable condition. Items with
burned components and boards are generally not acceptable for exchange
credit. |
(5)
Pack the item carefully to avoid shipping damage. Broken or bent frames and
covers will cause us to reject the exchange item. Please re-use the original
packing material and box whenever possible. |
(6)
Item must be returned to us with exchange credit form and shipping charges
PREPAID. |

Return Policy |
|

|
We
will accept the return of items purchased from us according to the following
guidelines. All returns are subject to 40% restocking fee. Items such as
battery, cooling fans and fuses are not returnable. |
(1)
Return item must be the exact same unit that was originally purchased from
us with all original components (including but not limited to covers, frame
etc.) |
(2)
Return item must be received by us within 7 business days from the original
date of purchase. |
(3)
Return item must be clean (free of dust, oil and other contaminants). |
(4)
All returns must be accompanied with return authorization number/form which
must be obtained from us prior to returning. |
(5)
All items must be returns to us shipping charges PREPAID. |
