If connecting a PC by HSSB, this  alarm might be caused by restart of  abnormal processing of PC caused  by noise, etc., or migration and  return to the standby mode by the  power management function.Check  that the power management function  is not used, power supply, or the  problematic log is not recorded at  the same time as the system alarm  in the application log and the system  log of PC.

SRAM DATA ERROR (SRAM MODULE)

Abnormality of SRAM data on FROM/SRAM module was  detected.

Check the voltage of back up battery. And check if it had been left  removing the case unit of  

LCD-mounted type CNC.  

If you meet the above, it is not  hardware failure. So, after replacing  the battery and attaching the case  unit, perform a memory all clear  operation and start up the CNC.  If you do not meet the above,  replace FROM/SRAM module. If the  above action does not solve the  trouble, replace the main board.

SRAM DATA ERROR (BATTERY LOW DURING POWER OFF)

Lowering the voltage of the battery during power off and  abnormality of SRAM data on  FROM/SRAM module was  detected.

A power fault occurs. Noise or an instantaneous power failure  occurred in the CNC power  supply.

Find and remove the cause of the error.

This error may damage SRAM data.

A fault occurred in the power supply on the main board.

Check if it had been occurred noise or an instantaneous power failure to  the input power supply of CNC  (DC24V). Replace the power supply  unit on the main board.
